1. Services

Tina’s Professional Braiding Studio LLC provides professional hair braiding services. All services are performed to the best of our ability and in accordance with industry standards.

 

2. Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking

• Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client

• Please arrive on time for your appointment

 

3. Client Preparation

Clients are expected to arrive with hair clean, dry, detangled, and ready for service.

Please note: We do not provide hair washing services. Additional charges may apply if hair preparation (including blow-drying) is required.

 

4. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service

• Full payment is due at the time of service

• We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit

• No-shows may be refused future bookings

 

6. Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled

• Excessive lateness may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

 

7. Satisfaction & Service Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you have any concerns, please notify us within 24–48 hours of your appointment.

Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

 

8. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect the safety or quality of the service

 

9. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

 

10. Website Use

11. Limitation of Liability
