Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Please ensure that you select the correct service and provide accurate contact information.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. This ensures that all scheduled clients receive their full service time.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be required to pay a deposit before booking future services.

Guests & Children
To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that clients do not bring additional guests or children unless they are receiving services.
